Today’s security guards are increasingly professional. They receive much the same type of
training given to the military and police. In addition, private security professionals are more
likely to interact and work directly with public safety officials.
Given these circumstances, security guards are expected to undergo specialized training. This
includes emergency crisis training in dealing with bomb threats or suicide attackers. This type
of training is crucial for security guards working at vulnerable targets such as shopping malls,
transportation systems or major infrastructure.


In many instances, the security guard today also has a counter-terrorism role, and is the
public’s first line of defense in the event of an attack.
The needs of customers are evolving. This transformation is due to the number of changes
the current business climate is going through. To meet that change, a group of individuals
created an organization that will cater to the evolving security needs of the present
customer.


Incorporated on 8th September 2017, Bagong Diwa Security Services Corp. though new, is no
novice when it comes to the security agency industry. Bagong Diwa is a security agency that seeks to modernize and improve how the current security climate is performed. Headed by a dynamic management team, Bagong Diwa seeks to provide the same reliable services its parent company has contributed over the years, while moving in the direction of supplying a robust and progressive security workforce that can cater to the ever-changing security needs of the customer.


For Bagong Diwa Security, the approach is less one-size-fits-all but more of providing a
specialized security service that is geared towards the customer’s specific business needs.

background check. A comprehensive and continuous training are provided to all our
employees.
